My role included:
- Conduct user research to gather requirements, and coordinate with the product and development team to estimate value vs effort for individual improvements.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes for new features or improvements to the existing product, in order to facilitate discussion and identify the best approaches to solve specific problems in terms of user flow and experience.
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma and run these through user-testing to gather feedback and understand potential concerns before features are implemented by the development team.
